Beautiful condition more than justifying the price! The contents are virtually as new. Slightest hint of foxing to the frontispiece and the rear free end paper. All corners crisp and end papers clean. The boards plum paper bright and clean with bright gold lettering and no bumping. the spine clean and clear without fading. The jacket is in a protective dust cover and front and rear are bright. Some darkening to spine. Top of dust wrapper spine professionally repaired - all in all a good dust wrapper. Map in the rear pocket is crisp and virtually as new - does not appear to have been unfolded. A well kept and tidy book and the best example we have seen. We have another cheaper copy 001407.
