Description / Information:
Scarce in this condition. Book excellent.. Clean endpapers, and crisp corners to pages and boards with only the slightest hint of bumping. Bright throughout. The only defect appears to be some light foxing to the front and rear pastedowns and spots on the page edges. The pages themselves are generally clear of foxing except for the edge spots and a single light spot on the last 3 sheets. With black and white photographs and illustrations and coloured frontis. Excellent dust wrapper with little sign of the usual edge browning. Unusually the spine is bright without fading to the yellow and reds and the edges do not have the normal rubbing.. Slight creasing and wear to head of spine with a very small and insignificant nick to the join. Slight rubbing to bottom of spine. Nick to the front right corner. Two small, short and insignificant closed tears. Slight hint of foxing. Not price clipped. Overall a lovely copy.
