Description / Information:
BRILLIANT September 1927 12 page full colour announcement of the NEW red and green coloured Meccano. Vibrant bright colours throughout and some creasing. A marvellous example of the very best of publicity material of the period. See illustration. Boy on cover with dragline bucket excavator "Engineering for Boys". In good condition overall. Very rare. Covers are in generally good condition. Small chip to top LH of front about1cm square with no loss to text/picture otherwise front cover is in good condition with one or two small tears neatly repaired (no tape!) and some creasing. The back cover has one or two more tears (all neatly repaired) and is a little more creased but is still in good condition. Inside is clean and there are very few marks.
