Description / Information:
Second edition Limited to 250 copies. Published for the Shelley Society (second series No1) by Reeves and Turner, London, 1886. The first part of the book (22 pages) is a Bibliographical Introduction by Thomas J Wise. The poem (25 pages) is preceded by a preface and is reprinted in exact facsimile of "the first printing at Pisa with the types of Didcot of 1821". Internally the book is VIRTUALLY AS NEW, clean and bright. Front free end paper browned as usual. Pastedowns are bright and clean. Original blue paper covered boards in excellent clean condition with very slight wear to paper on corners but NO bumping. Black lettering. Complete bright paper spine with black lettering and slight wear to paper at top and bottom but NO loss or fraying. Tight sound original binding. .
