Description / Information:
A first edition in very good condition overall. A history of this famous school covering up to the year 1834, 5 years after the Great Hall was built on the Newgate Street site. Internally mostly very clean with some light foxing in places. 10 plates - some with tissue guards. Original boards a little marked but generally v. good. Excellent green leather corners and spine.
