Internally generally very clean - there are a few marks and light foxing - however this is mostly confined to the text - a few plates have marks to their edges. Wonderfully illustrated internally with a number of full page and part page b\w illustrations and plates. Front board and spine are in generally very good condition overall with bright gold - light damage to page edges and head and foot of spine, Bright gold decoration on boards. Rear board is stained a lighter green. Boards and spine have nearly come away form body of book. The Bianco Library website has 4 pictures of this book including both medium and large images.
